Flammkuchen with salmon, capers & arugula

We have put together a delicious dish for you for the festive table. Flammkuchen with Deepblue 213 grams of red salmon. The flammkuchen is easy to prepare and easy to serve. It is a pleasant change and can be served at brunch, lunch or dinner.

How to prepare the flammkuchen:

Preheat the oven to 215 degrees. Roll out the flammkuchen dough and brush with the crème fraîche.

Cut the red onion into rings. Divide the onion rings over the flammkuchen base. Divide 1 tablespoon of the capers over the bottom.

Bake the flammkuchen for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Divide half the can of salmon over the bottom. Sprinkle the rest of the capers over the flammkuchen. Finally, garnish the flammkuchen with the arugula.

  • 100 g creme fraiche
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 15 g aragula
