Salmon pie with green asparagus

We received a tasty recipe from Mrs. De Jong from Zeeland.  We appreciate it when we receive such a nice but most of all  tasty recipe. We would like to share this with you.

In preparation
* blanch the green asparagus briefly for about 2 minutes
* grease the quiche dish well in advance, including the raised edge

Let the salmon drain and remove any bones. Beat the eggs with the whipped cream. Then stir in the salmon, finely chopped asparagus tips, finely chopped cream cheese and parsley. Add pepper and salt. Line the quiche dish (diameter approximately 26 cm and height approximately 3 cm) or springform pan (including the raised edge) with the dough and prick a few holes in the bottom with a fork. Divide the salmon mixture over it. Bake the pie in a preheated oven (220 degrees) for approximately 45 minutes until golden brown. If it gets too hard, cover the top with aluminum foil. Enjoy!

Alternative
If you don't like asparagus, you could replace it with pineapple *Key pineapple pieces 425g . You could replace the cream cheese with pineapple cream cheese.
