The fish sauce with tuna
One portion of this sauce is sufficient as a dip or as a barbecue sauce for 4 people or as a pasta sauce for 2 people.
Place the tuna with the oil from the can in a measuring cup or blender. Add the capers, dairy, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Puree into a smooth sauce.
The sauce will keep well refrigerated for 2 days.

What do you need for a tasty, responsible snack board?
* Raw vegetables of your choice, such as red chicory or chicory, peppers, tomatoes, carrots, radishes and the like

* 1 zucchini
* 3 red onions
* 1 tbsp olive oil
